– Health care director

Working with teams and individuals, she directs the power of our innate instincts toward healing stress, building strength, and achieving goals. Since the early nineties, she has provided team trainings for public sector organizations, health and social services providers, as well as colleges and universities. Her work helps everyone from front-line staff to senior leadership.

She is fluent in English, French and Spanish, sings in community choir, and thrives on creative expression and urban gardening. Shayna loves guiding people on the road to wellbeing, and teaching that the body points the way to getting there quickly.
